The Armada Invictus 85 Skis are a no-brainer for intermediates looking to progress, or anyone looking for a light, snappy ski for tearing up the groomers. Built with a Poplar wood core and Carbon-Kevlar struts in the tip and tail, the feel is lightweight, nimble and energetic, with a touch of nose rocker to aid turn initiation and maneuverability. AR Nose Rocker – A traditional sidecut is paired with tip rocker and standard camber for easier turn initiation without compromising edge hold.

Poplar Core – Stability, power and ease are paramount in this 100% Poplar wood core. For those looking for predictability and smoothness the Poplar core delivers in all snow conditions.

Laminate Matrix – Directional layering of fiberglass dictates flex pattern and torsional rigidity.

Carbon-Kevlar Strut – Carbon and Kevlar stringers used in the tip and tail to add pop and extend life.

Sidewalls
AR50 Sidewalls – Cap construction in the tip and tail and sidewall underfoot, balancing performance characteristics with lower swing-weight and increased durability.

Base
Comp Series Base – Sintered UHMW polyethylene with added carbon aids in speed and durability on snow.

2.2 Impact Edge – Heat treated and built to avoid excess weight while maintaining durability, this edges gives the best balance of durability and feel of the whole Armada collection.
