With power transmission second to none in its class, the Tecnica Mach1 MV 130 Alpine Ski Boots maintain their position at the head of the high performance all mountain pack with a freshly designed asymmetric shell and cuff. This top-of-the-line Mach 1 uses a polyether shell and polyester cuff with C.A.S (Custom Adaptive Shape) molding and "pre-marked" punch points in common areas like the first and fifth metatarsals and navicular, along with a grindable C.A.S. bootboard. That means in addition to skiing great, the Mach 1 MV 130 makes it easier for your bootfitter to address common fit issues like forefoot width and instep height.

Fit
Last: 100 mm – A mid-volume last designed for average feet.

C.A.S. Shell – Custom Adaptive Shape shells are anatomically formed around the heel and problem areas at the factory. Common punch zones are plainly marked with a dot grid pattern on the shell, and the new polyether and Triax 3.0 shell materials offer improved stability when heated.


C.A.S. Grindable Boot Board – The removable C.A.S. boot board offers plenty of thickness for grinding and a grid pattern for reference.


Quick Instep – A shaped plastic component at the instep that is softer than the rest of the shell helps you to step into and out of the ski boot.


Flex
Flex: 130 – A very stiff flex for expert and aggressive skiers who require the best possible response and support.

Liner
High Performance Full C.A.S. Liner – The C.A.S. material has revolutionized the ski boot world in terms of fit and customization. C.A.S. is a durable dual density material that can be customized in four ways - thermo-shaping, punching, grinding or by applying fit kit patches. It has a low pack-out rate, maintaining a great fit over a longer period of time.
